Popular Mechanics features this map illustrating current and potential wetlands rejuvenation-minded projects in it's March 2006 cover story. Too bad it identifies New Orleans in the WRONG PLACE. According to this map New Orleans sits upriver within St. Charles Parish. Not trying to be too critical, but . . . .
