St. Bernard Parish Junior Rodriguez Speaks at MRGO De-Authorization Forum, 28 October 2006

I took this video about three weeks ago at the MRGO De-Authorization Forum at UNO. There are some good quotes here from Mr. Rodriguez. In the beginning of the video, he stares down the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers representative (off-frame) before he addresses the audience . . .

This is my first foray into YouTube.

There were about 2 more mintues, but YouTube has a 10 minute cap on each video. I tried to crop it in a logical place . . .

since when has there been a cap?

I have recently seen longer videos posted on other sites...

Or is that free "upload to their site" limit or something. Or a file size limit?

Exactly. The "free" mode has a size (100mb) and time (10 min) limit . . .

I think it was partly my fault, I was getting kicked out here at about 2:31. The download must have stopped on my computer. I can see the whole 9:55 now.

I really appreciate this clip. Thanks.

I feel much more confident in the St. Bernard Parish president than I do in my mayor of New Orleans that he can make change.

Good clip. That horrible killing thing must be closed, no if's and's or but's, no in-betweens. Mr. Rodriguez speaks well.

Whatever perceived economic benefits derived from it can be derived through other means.

Human life is more important than greed.
