That's the Dubya way.
Declare victory and move on to another problem you can totally screw up. Then declare victory again and move on . . . and so on.
Start the impeachment proceedings immediately. Oh yeah, that only happens when you lie about sexual affairs, not when you are responsible for the deaths of over 1000 Americans.
