MARCH 2006: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers builds a scaled down mock-up of New Orleans for a million or so dollars in order to flood it to "To understand the performance of levees and floodwalls during Hurricane Katrina".
APRIL 2006: Adorable little boy builds a like mock-up in the sand for free. Gets same results as CORPS.
